Zen Flow Yoga and Pilates classes are taught by a team of highly experienced instructors. Our venue is at The Dojo Norwich and classes are ran from the purpose built studio upstairs.  All equipment including mats are provided.
You can also enjoy a drink after class in the Bonsai Cafe.

Beginner Courses in Yoga & Pilates available

Our 6 Week Beginner Yoga and Pilates courses run throughout the year. Learn the basic postures, exercises and breathing to give you the confidence to attend a regular class or start a home practice.
